Modeling
Teseras GIS department is an integral part of the Resource Analysis team addressing complex planning and management issues. The GIS team has modeling experience in hydrology (stream networks), terrain (surface analysis, visual impact assessments) and using the Prometheus Fire Behavior Model.
The GIS department also provides modeling in support of road and harvest block design using the following in-house models:- Linear Feature Projection Model
- Treatment Unit Model - Proprietary spatial harvest block design model
