Ian is a Professional Forester with a wide range of knowledge and experience in growth & yield, inventory and forest management.

He has over 30 years of experience in forest industry, government, research and consulting backgrounds.  He's a bit eccentric in that he enjoys statistics but other than that he's fairly normal!  Ian is passionate about sustainability and has developed innovative tools/technology that align the strategic and operational planning on the landscape.  He strives to provide clients with the best, most cost-effective solutions available.  In his spare time, he enjoys playing squash, keeping fit by walking his dog in the parks beside his house, reading scientific literature, and finishing his PhD.
