Operations Manager

Dwight is a Professional Forester with over 20 years working experience and graduate of the Justice Institute of British Columbia’s Certificate in Conflict Resolution – Negotiation program.

Dwight has been a strong advocate for sustainable resource management and spatial planning.  Dwight has played a pivotal role in the development and implementation of successful approaches to delivering sustainable resource management in western Canada.  He has achieved this by applying his skills in areas of stakeholder facilitation, public consultation, scenario planning facilitation, development of indicator management systems, resource management planning and analysis within cyclical adaptive management frameworks.  Originally from Nova Scotia (an ex-pat Bluenoser) when away from work, Dwight is proudly raising his daughter, volunteering in the community as a DJ for local radio, acting in various roles in theatre arts and honing his guitar playing abilities.  When he is not traveling the globe or floating high above in an air balloon, Dwight is cheering loudly for his Vancouver Canucks NHL hockey team - as a proud Canadian-eh!
